Job Title: Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Temp-to-Hire)

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Full-Charge Bookkeeper for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company. The ideal candidate has strong accounting experience, familiarity with HR functions, and is ready to step into a fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, and journal entries

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and general ledger

• Assist with payroll processing and reporting (ADP experience preferred)

• Support basic HR functions, including onboarding and employee file maintenance

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred)

• Experience with ADP or similar payroll software (preferred)

• Exposure to HR processes is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time
Pay: $30 - $36 per hour, depending on experience
